What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at Column, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, from designing and implementing interfaces to building robust backend systems. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the Head of Design to shape the product's direction, ensuring that the technology solutions meet the needs of developers and customers alike. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript and React for the dashboard, as well as developing backend services in Go.

You will take ownership of your projects, driving them from concept to deployment while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Your contributions will directly impact how customers interact with the platform, making it essential for you to focus on user experience and performance. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
