CommerceHub is hiring a Content & Social Media Specialist to execute content and social media strategies that amplify the brand and support lead generation efforts. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content. This role is fully remote within the United States.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in content creation and social media management, ideally with experience in B2B marketing. You understand how to engage audiences through compelling narratives and are skilled at adapting technical content into customer-focused assets. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging consistency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
You possess excellent writing and editing skills, allowing you to produce high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns. You are familiar with various content management systems and social media platforms, enabling you to effectively publish and promote content. You are data-driven, using analytics to measure the success of your content strategies and make informed decisions.
What you'll do
As a Content & Social Media Specialist, you will assist in developing and executing content plans that align with brand awareness and lead generation objectives. You will create and publish a high volume of marketing content, ensuring it meets quality standards and resonates with the target audience. You will edit and refine content from other contributors, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to adapt technical content into engaging assets that drive measurable results.
You will also support social media efforts, engaging with the audience and amplifying the brand's presence across various channels. Your role will involve analyzing content performance metrics to optimize future strategies and ensure that all content aligns with the overall marketing goals. You will work closely with product marketing to ensure that all messaging is aligned with product offerings and customer needs.
