What you'll do

As the Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of SREs, taking ownership of their growth and development while also managing hiring and onboarding processes. You will create a positive work environment that encourages innovation and high performance. Your role will involve shaping the reliability strategy for the organization, ensuring that systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.

You will collaborate closely with other stakeholders across engineering to ensure that the services your team provides meet the needs of internal customers. Your experience with cloud systems will be invaluable in technical decision-making, as you guide your team in implementing industry standards and best practices.
