You have a strong background in procurement processes and a keen understanding of compliance and risk management. Your experience allows you to effectively streamline the procurement lifecycle, ensuring that all steps from requisition to contract execution are efficient and compliant with standards. You are comfortable working with data, transforming raw spend information into actionable insights that drive decision-making.

You excel at developing and maintaining dashboards that track key procurement metrics, such as Time-to-Contract and Vendor Concentration Risk. Your analytical skills enable you to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for vendor consolidation, ensuring that the organization optimizes its Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). You are a proactive communicator, acting as a consultant for internal teams and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the procurement process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute and streamline the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring adherence to compliance and risk standards. You will partner with Engineering and EngOps to facilitate the sourcing of technical tools, ensuring that vendors meet requirements for scalability, security, and performance. Regular audits of spend data will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

You will assist in negotiating commercial terms for renewals and new contracts, focusing on pricing transparency and favorable service terms. Your role will also involve developing real-time dashboards to track procurement metrics, which will be essential for reporting and decision-making. By acting as a bridge between Finance, Legal, and Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring that procurement processes align with the company's mission to mitigate risk and drive operational excellence.
