What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive ConductorOne’s product vision and roadmap across multiple product lines. You will partner closely with the CEO on product strategy while owning day-to-day execution and delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-performing product and design team, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and overseeing the rollout of new products and enhancements. You will champion ConductorOne’s values by building trust and empowering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. You will also define success metrics, track performance, and ensure that the product delivers consistent value to customers. Your role will require you to balance innovation with execution, shipping products quickly while maintaining high standards of quality.
