You are proficient in Go for backend development and have a solid understanding of React for frontend interfaces. Your passion for identity security drives you to create intuitive and fast solutions that help customers manage access and automate compliance effectively.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer at ConductorOne, you will design, build, and ship features that enhance the identity governance experience for users. You will work across the stack, developing backend APIs and data models in Go while also creating frontend UI components in React. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and is easy to use.
You will participate in technical design discussions, helping to shape the evolution of ConductorOne's products as the company scales. Your responsibilities will include writing production-quality code, conducting code reviews, and contributing to the overall improvement of the development process. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
