What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Engagement team at Consensys, focusing on how users interact with the MetaMask platform over time. You will shape the systems that determine when, why, and how we communicate with users, ensuring that their experience is seamless and engaging. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop features that enhance user retention and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing engagement metrics to drive product decisions.
