What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the logistics for a wide range of events at Constellation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from planning to execution. You will support multiple events in parallel, coordinating details for weekly research talks, lunch discussions, multi-day workshops, and large-scale gatherings. Your responsibilities will include liaising with speakers, managing attendee registrations, and overseeing on-site logistics to create a seamless experience for all participants. You will also be involved in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
