Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the strategy and roadmap for Insight360, ensuring it aligns with Contentful's broader business objectives. You will translate business goals into clear, measurable data capabilities that drive decision-making across the company. Your responsibilities will include defining, refining, and prioritizing Insight360’s feature backlog, ensuring efficient delivery of high-value features. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of all stakeholders. You will also play a key role in evolving the data strategy and improving data governance practices within the organization. Your work will directly impact how teams leverage data to drive innovation and customer success, making this a pivotal role within the Data Leadership Team.
