Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar environment, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions. Your proficiency in Excel, particularly with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs, allows you to efficiently process and verify supplier invoices. Familiarity with Procure-To-Pay tools such as Ivalua, Pivot, or ZIP is a plus, and specific experience with Workday and Concur will significantly enhance your application. You possess a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, adapting easily to the dynamic needs of a global organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoice-to-payment cycle, ensuring that supplier invoices are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies. You will work closely with the Global Purchase to Pay Director based in Paris, contributing to the operational success of the Purchase to Pay department across 13 countries. Your role will involve verifying data, checking for compliance, and maintaining strong vendor relationships, which are crucial for the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will also collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounts payable function.
