Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong background in designing and building data infrastructure that supports real-time analytics and intelligent automation. You understand the full service lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring—and are committed to ensuring data quality and compliance. Your expertise in big data technologies allows you to tackle complex data challenges effectively.
You possess deep knowledge of data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and Airflow, and you are proficient in programming languages like Python. You have experience working closely with backend, AI, and data teams, which enables you to deliver robust, production-ready systems that align with an AI-first strategy. Your collaborative nature and strong communication skills make you an asset in cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and scale data infrastructure that powers real-time insights across the DEX Platform. You will be responsible for developing advanced processing pipelines that facilitate intelligent automation, ensuring that the systems you create are reliable and efficient. You will own the full service lifecycle, which includes architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of data services.
You will collaborate with various teams, including backend and AI, to deliver systems that support the company's mission to enhance workplace automation. Your role will involve ensuring data quality and compliance, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of the insights generated by the platform. You will also be expected to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.
