Who you are
You have a strong technical background and proven experience in product management, ideally with a focus on digital employee experience (DEX) solutions. Your excellent relationship and influencer skills enable you to work effectively in a geographically distributed team, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged in the product development process. You are self-motivated and eager to take the initiative, driving projects forward with a clear vision and strategy.
You understand the importance of building products that customers not only use but love. Your passion for creating exceptional user experiences drives you to continuously seek feedback and iterate on product features. You possess strong communication and presentation skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at ControlUp, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and delivering on the overall strategy for the product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends.
You will lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will be crucial in making informed decisions that drive product improvements and enhance user satisfaction.
