Who you are

You have significant experience in C# and web development, ideally with a strong understanding of functional programming principles. You are comfortable taking end-to-end responsibility for producing features and can effectively communicate across functions such as Product, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering. You are keen to take ownership of areas of the codebase and enjoy mentoring junior developers while helping to improve processes within the team. You value creativity and empathy for the end user, addressing real-world problems through your work. Ideally, you hold a degree, but your experience and passion for software engineering are what truly matter. As a UK resident, you are prepared to undergo any necessary security vetting for certain environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that develops a comprehensive suite of healthcare management software features. You will work closely with Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineers on deployments and monitoring, ensuring that the software runs smoothly in high-security data centers and Azure. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and participating in code reviews. You will also engage in regular progress updates and knowledge-sharing calls with your remote team members. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience of healthcare professionals using the Meddbase platform, enhancing their practice management and patient record systems.
