You have over 5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in roles such as Business Analyst or Data Scientist, where you've honed your skills in data-driven decision-making. Your expertise includes using data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create insightful reports that guide business strategies. You are adept at designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing customer behavior, and understanding business trends to support operational efficiency.

You possess a strong understanding of data pipeline construction and have experience with tools like Airflow, which you have used to design and implement data workflows that enhance data accessibility and reliability. Your analytical mindset allows you to delve deep into operational data, providing actionable insights that drive improvements in delivery times and cost efficiency. You are also skilled in communicating complex data findings to stakeholders who may not have a technical background, ensuring that insights are understood and utilized effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. What you'll do

You will design and execute A/B tests, evaluating hundreds of tests monthly to assess their impact on customer and business outcomes. Your work will involve building and maintaining data pipelines that facilitate the flow of information across the organization, ensuring that data is accurate and readily available for analysis.

You will analyze operational data to support decision-making processes, such as forecasting demand for delivery personnel and identifying key performance indicators that drive business success. Your insights will help improve customer retention and operational efficiency, focusing on metrics like delivery times and cost reductions.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with various teams within Coupang Eats to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support. You will take ownership of the growth and business status of Coupang Eats, identifying new opportunities for expansion and improvement based on your analyses.
