Desirable

Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with electrical, fire safety, and security systems within data centers will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in project management and an understanding of supply chain management will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of data centers, ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for mission-critical operations, focusing on maintaining maximum availability across all sites, including fulfillment centers and logistics hubs in Korea and internationally. Your duties will include managing the design, construction, and expansion of IT infrastructure, as well as implementing global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs). You will coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and will be involved in the continuous improvement of facility processes. You will also manage integrated maintenance contracts and oversee resource and asset management, ensuring that all vendors meet their contractual obligations. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends and solutions in IT infrastructure and facility management, applying this knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.
