You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in management or finance, and have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business strategy. Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, allows you to handle complex data sets with ease. You have a proven track record of leading financial projects and improving processes, contributing to effective decision-making. Your analytical skills enable you to identify problems and analyze their root causes effectively, ensuring that you can provide actionable insights. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have successfully delivered results in rapidly changing situations. Experience in developing new solutions and achieving measurable outcomes is a plus. Additionally, familiarity with SQL enhances your ability to work with data effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the budgeting and approval processes for all costs associated with the fulfillment center. You will forecast fixed and variable costs while monitoring performance metrics and analyzing variances. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans based on customer order forecasts, which will guide staffing, cost, and productivity strategies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create performance reports, operational dashboards, and scorecards, continuously improving these tools. Your insights will support executive decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also review and approve contracts related to finance, operations, and procurement, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Your role will involve enhancing the efficiency of decision-making processes through financial modeling and feasibility studies, including ROI analysis. You will work closely with various departments, including FC leaders and HR, to ensure that financial strategies align with operational goals.
