You have over 5 years of experience in UX-related roles, particularly in UX Strategy, User Research, Usability Testing, Research Analysis, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design. Your educational background is in a UX-related field such as HCI, industrial design, psychology, industrial engineering, anthropology, or interaction science. You possess the ability to design and execute user research, diving deep into problems to derive logical insights from various data sources. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring that research findings are translated into actionable business strategies.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX Researcher at Coupang, you will be responsible for planning research initiatives that align with business objectives. You will analyze customer behavior to identify needs and patterns, providing strategic direction to the business and product teams. Your role will involve defining, designing, conducting, and analyzing user research across all stages, ensuring that research quality and reliability are maintained. You will also propose effective research designs and resource management strategies within limited timeframes. Additionally, you will advocate for a customer-centric culture across various organizations within the company.
