What you'll do

In this role, you will host live, one-hour workshops for students, providing valuable insights and answering their questions about the HVAC industry. You will have the opportunity to showcase your real-world experience and help students understand the practical skills needed to succeed in their careers. Additionally, you will offer optional one-on-one coaching sessions, where you can further assist students in their journey to break into the trade. You will set your own availability and working hours, allowing you to balance this role with other commitments. Your success will be measured by the engagement and satisfaction of your students, as well as the number of coaching sessions you convert.
