Coursera is hiring a Product Researcher - II to support research efforts that improve the learner and partner experience. Who you are
You have experience in product research, ideally within the education technology sector, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You excel at translating complex user needs into actionable insights that inform product development and enhance user experiences. Your analytical skills enable you to interpret data effectively, and you are comfortable working with diverse teams to drive product innovation. You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate research findings clearly to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with product managers and designers.
What you'll do
As a Product Researcher at Coursera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learner and partner experience by conducting user research that informs product decisions. You will design and execute research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights on user needs and behaviors. Collaborating closely with product managers and designers, you will translate research findings into actionable recommendations that guide product development. You will also analyze user feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our offerings. Your work will directly impact the development of tools and programs that enhance online learning for millions of users worldwide.
