You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building scalable data infrastructure that supports analytics and reporting. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring data quality and accessibility for stakeholders.

You are familiar with modern data warehousing solutions and have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS. Your knowledge of Apache Spark and Airflow enables you to design and implement robust data pipelines that process millions of records efficiently.

You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in a cross-functional team environment. You enjoy working closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical solutions, ensuring that the data infrastructure aligns with business goals.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement within data processes and are always looking for ways to enhance system performance and reliability. Your analytical mindset helps you troubleshoot issues and optimize data workflows.

Desirable

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus, as it allows you to visualize data insights effectively. Familiarity with machine learning concepts can also be beneficial as you work on projects that leverage advanced analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and build the foundation of CreatorIQ's next-generation multi-tenant influencer marketing analytics platform. You will design and implement data pipelines that gracefully process millions of social media posts, ensuring that data is readily available for analysis and reporting.

You will collaborate with product managers and data scientists to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Your work will empower enterprise partners with accessible, meaningful analytics that drive decision-making.

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing data infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. You will also implement best practices for data governance and security, safeguarding sensitive information while enabling data access for authorized users.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
