You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on AI technologies — you've successfully integrated machine learning models into production systems and understand the nuances of working with large datasets. You are proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks — you enjoy experimenting with new technologies and are eager to push the boundaries of what's possible in the realm of observability data. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Cribl, you will work closely with the founding team and other engineers to shape the future of search and analytics for observability data — your role will involve prototyping and experimenting with new AI features that enhance the product's capabilities. You will collaborate with product engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that delight customers.
