What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Cribl, you will work closely with the founding team and other engineers to shape the future of search and analytics for observability data — your role will involve prototyping and experimenting with new AI features that enhance the product's capabilities. You will be responsible for productionizing AI-based technology integrations into Cribl's core products — this includes launching and operating these integrations to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards. You will engage with development partners and key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle — your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be crucial as you gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
