What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives within CrossCountry's rapidly growing Private Equity practice, serving as a key advisor to clients and their portfolio companies. You will work closely with experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, contributing to a collaborative community focused on delivering integrated solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the intricacies of private equity transactions, ensuring they are well-prepared for exit events and capable of achieving sustainable operational changes.
