What you'll do

As a Director in the IPO Advisory practice, you will lead client engagements, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality advisory solutions that meet client expectations. You will be responsible for business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that address complex challenges faced by clients during their IPO journey.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, helping them to build their skills and advance their careers within the firm. Your leadership will contribute to a positive team culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
