What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the NetSuite Support & Optimization practice, overseeing a team of consultants dedicated to enhancing client ERP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive tailored support and optimization strategies that align with their business goals. Your leadership will guide new clients from deal closure through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of NetSuite solutions.

You will coordinate the NetSuite Health Check process, assessing client configurations and identifying areas for improvement. This involves crafting detailed optimization roadmaps that enhance system efficiency and deliver maximum ROI for clients. You will also collaborate closely with sales teams during the pre-sales process, leveraging your expertise to provide insights that help secure new business.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP systems, allowing you to drive innovation within the practice. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall success of the NetSuite practice.
