CrossCountry Consulting is hiring an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage Market Risk projects within the Risk technology PMO team. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in the banking and capital markets sector.

Who you are
You are an experienced IT Project Manager or Scrum Master with a strong background in managing projects within the banking and capital markets sector. You have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Your collaborative nature and strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives.
You possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and have successfully implemented Scrum practices in previous roles. Your ability to facilitate meetings, manage sprints, and remove obstacles for your team is key to your success. You are passionate about fostering a positive team environment and promoting continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Market Risk projects within the Risk technology PMO team. You will lead project planning sessions, define project scope, and establish timelines to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be crucial as you guide your team through the Scrum process, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk management, and compliance, to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards. Your role will involve identifying and mitigating risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and reporting on project progress to senior management. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices within the team.
