You are comfortable engaging with partners and customers, ensuring alignment and support for ongoing projects. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Desirable

Experience in the energy sector or with data center operations would be a plus. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing is also desirable. You may have a background in project management or operations strategy, which would further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Energy Development Group by driving analytical rigor and execution across a variety of projects. You will engage in initial site screening and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development. Your responsibilities will include project forecasting and executive reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You will collaborate with teams across Real Estate, Finance, Pre-Construction, Construction, Legal, and Power Infrastructure to enable industry-leading time-to-market and scale. Your work will directly contribute to the development of infrastructure that supports high-performance computing and AI workloads, making a tangible impact on Crusoe's mission.
