Overview
Crusoe is hiring a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team of CSMs in driving customer adoption and retention. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure maximum value from Crusoe's offerings.

What you'll do
As the Manager of Customer Success, you will lead and coach a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on driving the adoption and retention of Crusoe's offerings. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the CSM team, ensuring that customers receive world-class support and realize maximum value from our solutions. Your role will involve developing and refining internal processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will partner with customers to understand their needs and assist with expansion and renewal opportunities, ensuring that they are fully engaged with our infrastructure and managed AI services.
You will also engage with engineering and product leaders to communicate customer feedback and influence the feature roadmap, ensuring that our offerings align with customer priorities. Your responsibilities will include developing documentation to empower your team and enhance customer interactions. You will play a key role in executing our tiered service model, ensuring that customers receive the appropriate level of support based on their needs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, driving innovation and excellence in customer service.
