Who you are

You have a foundational understanding of safety programs and possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive safety initiatives effectively. Your proactive approach to safety management ensures that you can lead safety oversight for active deployments and operational data centers, serving as the primary safety point of contact for internal teams and external contractors.

With experience in risk assessment and mitigation, you are adept at assessing risks to workers and developing actionable plans to reduce those risks. You understand the importance of establishing and continuously improving HSE performance, processes, and culture throughout physical infrastructure operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide dedicated safety leadership for Crusoe's active deployments and operational data centers. You will assess risks and make recommendations to enhance safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HSE programs that align with industry standards and best practices.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including R&D, to support safety initiatives across projects. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety within the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
