You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, capable of developing and implementing commissioning standards, templates, and workflows that promote consistency and quality across multiple projects. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that commissioning processes are understood and executed flawlessly. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving innovation in sustainable technology.

What you'll do

As the Director of Commissioning, you will develop and lead Crusoe’s commissioning strategy across all data center builds, expansions, and retrofits. You will manage a growing team of Commissioning Managers and Engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to execute their responsibilities effectively. Your role will involve establishing commissioning standards and workflows that ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

You will oversee third-party commissioning agents and coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure full alignment from pre-functional testing through to operational readiness. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the commissioning program forward, ensuring that every facility meets Crusoe’s world-class standards before going into operation. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of commissioned systems and implementing improvements as necessary to enhance reliability and efficiency.
