You are a strategic, hands-on marketer with a knack for crafting clear narratives that resonate with enterprise financial and fintech audiences. You have experience in developing differentiated product positioning and messaging, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams. Your curiosity about the crypto space drives you to learn and adapt quickly, even if you don't have prior experience in the industry.
You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to conduct market, customer, and competitive research effectively. You are adept at building high-quality sales enablement materials, such as decks, one-pagers, and battlecards, that empower sales teams to communicate product value clearly. You have a bias for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to refine strategies and enhance performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Cryptio's Loan Management and Tokenization Compliance products. You will lead the planning and execution of product launches and major milestones, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your responsibilities will include defining clear launch objectives, tracking performance metrics, and conducting post-launch retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
You will collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to drive adoption and activation initiatives, ensuring that customers understand the value of the products. Your insights from market research will inform product and commercial strategies, helping to shape Cryptio's presence in the market. You will also be responsible for developing compelling narratives that highlight the unique benefits of Cryptio's offerings, ultimately driving user engagement and growth.
