What you'll do

In this role, you will own Curri's most complex operational initiatives, acting as an extension of the Operations leadership team. You will be responsible for driving clarity and execution across high-stakes projects that do not fit neatly within a single team. Your role will involve establishing ownership of initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments, and ensuring that measurable business impacts are achieved.

You will work closely with various teams to identify challenges and opportunities, leveraging your expertise to guide decision-making processes. Your ability to navigate ambiguity will be crucial as you tackle complex problems and develop strategies that align with Curri's overall objectives. You will also be expected to provide insights and recommendations to the Operations leadership team, helping to shape the direction of the company's operational strategy.
