Cyberhaven is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations & Program Manager to build and scale marketing programs. You'll work with HubSpot, Marketo, and Google Analytics to drive pipeline and optimize campaigns. This position requires strong experience in marketing operations.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on building and optimizing marketing technology stacks. You are proficient in managing marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, and you understand the intricacies of CRM integrations and lead tracking. Your analytical skills allow you to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns. Your attention to detail ensures that all processes are clean and scalable, and you enjoy the challenge of driving experimentation and optimization through testing various messaging and channels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the marketing technology stack, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning optimally. You will manage workflows, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages within marketing automation platforms. Your responsibilities include building, QAing, and optimizing campaigns to ensure accurate tracking and fast lead flow.

You will partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, and events. You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from setup and launch to reporting and post-campaign analysis, ensuring that all initiatives are measurable and aligned with business goals.

Additionally, you will build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline impact. Your role will involve driving experimentation and optimization through testing different messaging, audiences, and workflows to continuously improve results.
