Who you are
You have over 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to browser extension development. Your strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with your knowledge of HTML and CSS, allows you to create seamless user experiences. You possess a deep understanding of browser extension APIs, particularly Chrome Extensions and Manifest V3, and are aware of the security implications involved in extension development. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. You stay updated on evolving browser APIs and security standards, ensuring your work aligns with best practices. You are committed to continuous improvement and actively participate in code reviews and testing processes.
Desirable
Experience with various major browsers beyond Chrome, such as Edge, is a plus. Familiarity with modern web technologies and APIs will enhance your contributions to the team. A background in data security or related fields can provide valuable insights into the challenges faced in this role.
