What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Data Science, you will define and champion the strategy for payments and risk data science — your vision will guide the team in leveraging emerging data sources to enhance model performance. You will oversee the development and implementation of complex models in a regulated production environment, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

You will lead a team of data scientists, strategists, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement — mentoring team members and promoting best practices in data analysis and machine learning will be key aspects of your role. You will also collaborate with executive stakeholders to align data science initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring that your team's work drives significant impact.
