What you'll do

As the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst at DailyPay, you will independently manage and lead high-priority BI projects, overseeing all phases from design to deployment. You will drive the strategic development and evolution of the company's Tableau reporting ecosystem, ensuring that it aligns with overall business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and design reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.

You will be responsible for creating high-impact reporting that helps steer the company's future, transforming complex datasets into clear, strategic insights. Your expertise in data governance will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and quality across all reporting initiatives. You will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
