Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing analytics, with at least 3+ years of experience in managing and interpreting marketing data. Your expertise in Google Analytics and SQL allows you to ensure data quality and integrity across marketing systems. You are skilled in developing dashboards and reports that measure channel performance and campaign ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. Your analytical mindset helps you uncover trends and optimization opportunities, and you continuously refine marketing measurement frameworks to enhance attribution and forecasting. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of data accuracy.

What you'll do

As the Marketing Analytics Manager at Dandy, you will be responsible for structuring, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive growth. You will design and implement scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting needs, ensuring that the marketing team has access to accurate and timely data. You will develop and maintain dashboards that measure channel performance, campaign ROI, and funnel efficiency, providing insights that inform marketing strategies.

You will conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover trends and insights, partnering with channel owners to deliver timely analytics that drive decision-making. Your role will involve building and maintaining marketing channel and program performance forecasts, continuously refining measurement frameworks to enhance attribution and forecasting. You will play a key role in enabling Dandy to modernize the dental industry through data-driven marketing strategies.
