What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee global training operations, ensuring that all sessions are ready and that multi-market scaling is executed smoothly. You will lead high-priority, cross-functional programs, particularly focusing on international launches and initiatives that enhance speed to first order.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimize training readiness and operational efficiency. This includes managing scheduling, content development, and the overall effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with trainers to ensure they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Your role will also involve analyzing training metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes based on data-driven insights.
