Darkroom is hiring an Associate Director of Creative for their Acquisition team to develop innovative ad concepts for digital paid media. You'll leverage skills in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to drive impactful marketing strategies.

You are a visionary creative leader with extensive experience in developing ad concepts specifically for digital paid media advertising formats on platforms like Meta. Your background includes a strong understanding of the intersection between technology, marketing, and advertising, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. You have a proven track record of driving measurable impact through creative strategies, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation is key.

Your expertise in performance media is complemented by your ability to analyze data and derive insights that inform creative decisions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategists and analysts, to ensure that your creative vision aligns with overall marketing objectives. Desirable
