What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of Dashlane's global Workplace Experience Team, leading initiatives to improve the workplace experience for employees based in Portugal. You will work closely with local and global teams to ensure that the Lisbon office meets the needs of its employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing events, managing office logistics, and implementing new workplace solutions that enhance employee satisfaction. You will also gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the workplace environment and culture.

You will be the point person for all workplace-related matters in Lisbon, ensuring that the office is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
