You have a strong background in AI engineering, with experience in building GenAI applications and deploying production-grade solutions. Your expertise includes working with tools such as Hugging Face and LangChain, and you are familiar with techniques like RAG and fine-tuning.
You are passionate about the latest trends in AI, particularly in Generative AI and LLMOps, and you are eager to apply your knowledge to solve real-world problems. You have a knack for presenting complex ideas clearly and effectively, making you a trusted advisor to customers across various domains.
Desirable
Experience with multi-agent systems and Text2SQL is a plus, as is a background in professional services engagements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are open to remote opportunities.
What you'll do
As an AI Engineer at Databricks, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions that leverage the latest research from the Mosaic AI team. You will own the production rollouts of both consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap and influence strategic priorities. Your role will involve serving as a technical advisor to customers, helping them navigate the complexities of AI application development.
