Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on Workday and its modules. Your expertise includes leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize business processes. You understand local labor regulations and can align systems with business needs effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that systems deliver operational excellence while supporting the company's growth. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance productivity.
Desirable
Experience with other enterprise platforms in addition to Workday is a plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies will help you manage large-scale projects effectively. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, making you a valuable asset to the People Systems team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday's Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll modules. You will ensure that these systems are aligned with local labor regulations and meet the business needs of Databricks. Your responsibilities will include managing large-scale, cross-functional projects that enhance absence management and payroll processes.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
