You have extensive experience in software engineering and a proven track record of leading engineering teams. You understand the complexities of building and scaling data and AI infrastructure platforms, and you are passionate about solving real business needs at a large scale. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, and you are adept at managing technical debt while aligning organizational structures with long-term initiatives.
You possess strong communication skills and can effectively work with cross-functional teams, including product management, field engineering, and HR. You are comfortable making long-term architectural decisions and balancing product roadmaps with technical requirements. Your experience includes integrating AI tools into workflows, enhancing developer productivity, and driving innovation in the developer platform space.
What you'll do
