What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the AI/BI team at Databricks, you will lead the development of key features that empower business users to create and consume data insights effectively. You will oversee the Data Visualization and Unity Catalog Business Semantics teams, ensuring that projects align with the company's strategic goals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, managing project timelines, and ensuring that your teams have the resources they need to succeed.
