You are customer-obsessed and thrive in collaborative environments — you enjoy working with product management and platform teams to ensure that the solutions you build meet user needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams helps you deliver high-quality software that aligns with business goals.

You have a solid understanding of scalable architecture and can design modular UI flows — your experience with frameworks like React enables you to create intuitive interfaces that facilitate self-serve onboarding for product teams. You are passionate about tackling technical challenges and continuously improving the user experience.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Databricks, you will be responsible for building customer-facing workflows that cover multiple user journeys in the Databricks Control Plane. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, including product management and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You will participate in the planning and execution of complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders — your role will require you to create, deploy, test, and upgrade complex data workflows that enhance the overall user experience. You will set the foundation for how robust and scalable products are built at Databricks.

You will also be involved in mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge with the team — your leadership will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Databricks' mission to enable data teams to solve the world's toughest problems.
