What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Databricks, you will be responsible for building customer-facing workflows that cover multiple user journeys in the Databricks Control Plane. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, including product management and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You will participate in the planning and execution of complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders — your role will require you to create, deploy, test, and upgrade complex data workflows that enhance the overall user experience. You will set the foundation for how robust and scalable products are built at Databricks.

You will also be involved in mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge with the team — your leadership will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
