What you'll do

As the Director of Support Engineering, you will lead a regional team of Data & AI specialists in Bengaluru, focusing on providing exceptional support for customer production workloads. You will oversee support operations, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to address complex data engineering challenges and optimize performance for customers. Your leadership will be crucial in growing the technical expertise of your team, enabling them to successfully adopt new products and features of the Databricks platform.

You will engage with customers to understand their Data & AI strategies, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored support solutions. Your role will involve coordinating with global teams to ensure 24x7 support coverage, enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering their professional development, and driving initiatives that improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
