Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal — you excel in leading meetings and discussions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are proficient with tools like Google Suite and MS Excel, which you use to analyze data and improve operational efficiency. Your technical literacy enables you to leverage various technologies to enhance program operations.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously — your ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions sets you apart. You thrive in metrics-driven environments, enjoying the process of analyzing data from conference platforms to inform future successes.
Your customer service skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders — you understand the importance of building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. What you'll do
As the Senior Event Marketing Operations Manager at Databricks, you will collaborate closely with the corporate event marketing team and partners to drive the strategy and execution of the Data + AI Summit Operations. Your role will involve creating optimized operations models by analyzing past plans and feedback, ensuring that each event is more successful than the last.
You will develop a comprehensive operations strategy roadmap, working with both internal and external partners to align on goals and expectations. Managing all program operations communications will be a key responsibility, including project plans, logistics, and accountability frameworks to ensure smooth execution.
You will implement comprehensive customer service plans that cater to both internal teams and external attendees, ensuring that all stakeholders have a positive experience. Utilizing best-in-class technology, materials, and systems will be essential to elevate program operations and drive engagement metrics such as registration and attendance.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you support the team in exceeding key metrics like engagement and business impact — you will be responsible for tracking performance and making data-driven recommendations for future events.
