What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating how the Databricks platform can solve complex data challenges for customers — you will work closely with Account Executives to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will develop reference architectures and best practices to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the platform. Your role will involve conducting workshops and training sessions to empower clients and enhance their understanding of the platform's capabilities.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends — your insights will help shape the future of the Databricks platform. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth and development within the organization.
