Who you are
You are an experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record of helping large enterprises become more data-driven. You have a solid background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership, which allows you to maximize success in critical accounts. Your understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence is deep, enabling you to guide clients through their transformational journeys effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Enterprise Account Executives to define and direct the technical strategy for important accounts. Your ability to build relationships and gain the respect of your peers is based on your experience, insight, and contributions. You are also committed to mentoring other team members, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main technical voice for Databricks, leading customers on their journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks solutions. You will implement the technical strategy in alignment with the overall account strategy, ensuring that clients fully leverage the capabilities of Databricks products. You will build a movement of technical champions within the account, advocating for the adoption of machine learning and AI solutions.
Your responsibilities will include working with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate the value of Databricks' products. You will also provide structured mentorship for other team members, helping them develop their technical skills and understanding of the product. Your role will require up to 50% travel within LATAM, allowing you to engage directly with clients and understand their needs.
