What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Databricks, you will take ownership of the architecture and lead design decisions for custom applications. You will work directly with strategic customers to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions that leverage the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Your role will involve designing and developing applications that span backend, frontend, and integrations, bringing data and AI to life for enterprise users.

You will be responsible for delivering production-grade systems that encompass the entire lifecycle from data ingestion and transformation to ML/AI model integration and user-facing applications. Your hands-on approach will enable you to implement end-to-end systems that meet customer requirements and drive business impact. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and field engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-deployment, enhancing the overall customer experience.
