What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Databricks, you will be a founding member of the Belgrade site, contributing to the development of their Data Intelligence Platform. You will be involved in the entire development cycle, from gathering requirements to testing and rolling out features to production. Your role will include driving design decisions for complex problems and ensuring that the solutions align with the company's vision for a unified data platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to deliver features that enhance the user experience and meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring production systems and addressing any issues that arise, ensuring high availability and performance of the platform.
